Information clause on the processing of personal data at Domki Roku facilities

Acting pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, and the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law, Domki Roku hereby informs about the principles of processing personal data of Guests using the company’s facilities.

Personal Data Controller

The controller of personal data is the entrepreneur:

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Guests’ personal data are processed for the purposes of:

  • concluding and performing an agreement relating to a stay at Domki Roku,
  • handling reservations and maintaining contact with Guests,
  • fulfilling accounting and tax obligations,
  • pursuing or securing potential claims,
  • ensuring the safety of persons and property.

Scope of Processed Data

In particular, the following data may be processed:

  • first and last name,
  • contact details,
  • identification data necessary for the performance of the agreement,
  • other data voluntarily provided by the Guest in connection with the stay.

Data Recipients

Personal data may be disclosed exclusively to entities cooperating with the Controller on the basis of data processing agreements, in particular:

  • entities providing accounting services,
  • entities servicing IT systems,
  • entities authorized under applicable laws.

Data Retention Period

Guests’ personal data are retained for a period of 6 years, in accordance with applicable laws, in particular those arising from the Civil Code and tax regulations.


Rights of Data Subjects

Each Guest has the right to:

  • access their personal data,
  • rectify their data,
  • restrict the processing of data,
  • erase data,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent),
  • object to the processing of personal data.

Additional Information

Each Guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
