Rules and Regulations of Domki Roku

General Provisions

These Rules and Regulations define the principles of reservation, payment, and stay at Domki Roku.

Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.
The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is to ensure a peaceful, safe, and comfortable stay for all Guests.


Reservations and Payments

Reservations may be made via:

 

A reservation is confirmed after prior telephone or e-mail arrangements and upon payment of a deposit amounting to 50% of the total value of the stay to the Domki Roku bank account.

Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed time results in cancellation of the reservation.
The remaining amount is payable by bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash by the time of arrival.

Cancellation policy:

  • The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Guest.
  • Shortening the stay for reasons beyond the control of the owner of Domki Roku does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused days.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters), the owner of Domki Roku may cancel the reservation in such case, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Rental Conditions

  • The rental agreement is concluded on a daily basis. The owner of Domki Roku may specify a minimum length of stay depending on the season.
  • A condition for an effective reservation is payment of a deposit amounting to 50% of the reservation value.
  • Payment of the deposit constitutes confirmation that the Guest has read and accepted these Rules and Regulations.
  • The remaining amount for the stay (50%) should be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash by the time of arrival.
  • In the event of early departure, the accommodation fee remains unchanged.

Stay at the Domki Roku

  • The check-in time starts at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
  • Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
  • The reservation applies exclusively to the number of persons indicated at the time of booking. External visitors may remain on the premises of Domki Roku only until 
  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the furnishings and equipment located in Domki Roku.
  • The owner of Domki Roku may collect a refundable deposit of PLN 500 as security for potential damages.
  • Guests are required to present an identity document and a VAT ID number (NIP) if conducting business activity.
  • The facility is not responsible for items left in Domki Roku or in vehicles.
  • On the premises of Domki Roku, the following are strictly prohibited: smoking, consumption of alcohol, use of drugs and other intoxicating or psychotropic substances, frying foods with strong odors, lighting campfires or using grills outside designated areas, playing loud music, and organizing events without the consent of the owner of Domki Roku.
  • Guests are obliged to close windows, doors, and gates when leaving the premises and to maintain cleanliness in the cottages and their surroundings.
  • Pets are accepted only upon prior arrangement. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets and ensure that they do not disturb other Guests. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or bedding.
  • The facility provides one free parking space per house. Entry of vehicles belonging to third parties without the consent of the owner of Domki Roku is prohibited.
  • The owner of Domki Roku reserves the right to terminate the agreement and require Guests to leave the premises if they violate these Rules or disturb the peace in such cases, the accommodation fee is non-refundable.
  • The facility bears no responsibility for the health and safety of children full responsibility rests with parents or guardians.
  • The facility does not accept unaccompanied minors.

Complaints

  • Any comments or concerns regarding the stay should be reported immediately to the owner of Domki Roku in order to resolve issues promptly.
  • Complaints submitted after the end of the stay will not be considered.

Final Provisions

  • The owner of Domki Roku may refuse accommodation to persons who are intoxicated, aggressive, or who violate principles of social coexistence.
  • Violation of these Rules and Regulations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and a request to leave the premises without refund of accommodation costs.
  • Matters not regulated herein are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
