Lake Łebsko (Słowiński National Park)
Lake Łebsko in Łeba – a vast, shallow and dune-sheltered body of water in the heart of the Słowiński National Park, the largest coastal lake in Poland (area approx. 71.4 km²; average depth approx. 1.6 m, max. 6.3 m). This lagoon lake has periodically brackish water: backwater from the Baltic Sea occurs through the Łeba River, which raises the water level and slightly increases its salinity. An ideal place for communing with nature, birdwatching and admiring the shifting dunes between the lake and the sea.
Practical: the entrance to the most popular trails leads from Rąbka (to the Łącka Dune, Rocket Launcher or viewpoints). Passenger cruises around Łebsko are sometimes organized seasonally - check the park's information before your visit. Attractions in Łeba
