Video Surveillance
Information on the Use of Video Surveillance on the Premises of Domki Roku
Acting pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data Domki Roku hereby inform that video surveillance is used on the premises belonging to the enterprise.
Video surveillance is applied for the purpose of:
- ensuring the safety of Guests,
- protecting property belonging to Domki Roku,
- preventing actions that may cause damage, theft, vandalism, or breaches of safety rules.
Scope of Video Surveillance
Video surveillance is conducted in the following locations:
- the entrance to the Domki Roku premises (wicket gate and vehicle entrance gate),
- area around the cottages,
- pedestrian routes and the parking area,
- entrances to the cottages,
- common areas accessible to Guests.
Scope of Processed Data
The video surveillance system records and processes the following data:
- images of individuals,
- images and license plate numbers of vehicles,
- behavior of individuals whose images have been recorded,
- time and place of events covered by the surveillance.
Additional Information
Data obtained from video surveillance are processed solely for the purpose of ensuring the safety of persons and property. Recordings may be disclosed exclusively to authorized authorities, such as the Police, in the event of incidents requiring intervention.
The Domki Roku premises covered by video surveillance are clearly marked with appropriate graphic signs informing about image recording.
